Sneha, began her film career came in 2001 Malayalam film Oru InGaN Nilapakshi in a supporting role, but her big break in the same year in a Tamil film opposite Madhavan Ennavale. Later that year, she starred in the film, and Aanandham K. Balachandar, Parthale Paravasam. She finished the year with a trip into Telugu cinema, making two appearances in notable films.
A total of 8 films were released in 2002, including her first big success with Telugu Hanuman Junction as well as other hits Unnai Ninaithu Madhathil and April. Prestigious films with top actors also followed, as King and Pammal K. Sambandam with Vikram and Kamal Hassan, respectively.
After a successful first year, Sneha acted in two films in 2003. The first is Vaseegara with Vijay, double the second is a role-based heroin Parthiban Kanavu. The film was a commercial success, as well as praise for Sneha win representation of the dual role.
The year 2004 was a year of mixed fortunes for the actress, with Jana, Bose, Venky and Adhu, a horror film, all failing at the box office. However, Vasool Raja MBBS opposite Kamal Haasan became a blockbuster, during an autograph success at the box office, which has already won several times.
